Service Coverage
At present, we are fulfilling orders primarily within selected cities, with Lahore being fully operational at this stage. We are actively working on expanding our delivery services across other cities in Pakistan, and nationwide delivery will be introduced soon.
Delivery Charges
Free delivery is offered for a limited introductory period, subject to availability and operational capacity.
After the promotional period, a standard delivery fee (PKR350) will apply and may vary based on location, order size, and weight.
Orders exceeding 20 kg may be subject to additional weight-based charges, calculated at the time of order confirmation.
Any additional product weight beyond the initial 20 kg will be charged at around PKR 30 per kg.
Delivery Timeline
We aim to process and dispatch all confirmed orders at the earliest possible time. In fully operational areas, same-day delivery may be available depending on order volume, payment confirmation, and delivery location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors.
Delivery Method
Orders are delivered through a combination of in-house delivery riders and trusted logistics partners, depending on the delivery location. This ensures controlled handling, timely dispatch, and service reliability.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of checkout.
The recipient must be available to receive the order at the provided address.
Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details or unavailability may result in rescheduling charges.
Order Dispatch & Risk
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery charges become non-refundable. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
Return policies:-
There is no personal based returns, when already confirmed.
If damaged product is received, customer can share the image of that product and after analysis we will take decision of refunding the amount based on the damage and take that product back.
